Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe

Chicken Cordon Bleu in Skillet - SouthernLiving.com
Chicken topped with Canadian bacon and Swiss cheese are commonly known as Chicken Cordon Bleu.  This skillet recipe offers all the traditional flavor of the original recipe without the hassle.

We used chicken breasts; which were cut into strips for the recipe; however pre-cut chicken tenders would work well too.

Don't have any Canadian bacon on hand? Try sliced ham instead. ~ Marie Rhoades
